Egress window wells are designed to meet local building codes for entry or exit in case of an emergency.

Choose from two popular looks. Catch more light with SPC’s bright reflective White Finish. Or choose Stonewall to enjoy the strength of steel with the look of stacked stone.

Based on your window size and swing style, select your window well width and depth/projection. Wells should have 2 - 3” on each side of your window.

Then select your Window Well Height . The top of the areawall should extend a minimum of 2” above the established grade line and down at least 12” below the windowsill.
