HB220 Double Flow Nozzle
Made for use with the HB220 Pro Adhesive Applicator, the Double Flow Nozzle has a durable steel tip designed for the jobsite with two 3mm openings to increase output and an internal check valve to deliver a precise flow without drips.
Use it for hardwood start and finish rows; wide profile wood moldings including crown, chair rail, base and more; extra wide/architectural tack strips; and any surface where more adhesive is needed.
To change nozzles safetly on the HB220, always wear gloves. Allow HB220 to reach operating temperature, hold the glue gun with the nozzle pointed up to avoid hot glue from spilling, unscrew and remove the nozzle, and then insert the new nozzle and screw until tight.
