In addition to producing custom laminated panels with your choice of face, back and core, Amerhart offers a selection of stock high pressure laminate (HPL) lay-up panels in popular combinations. This panel is composed of Formica Graphite 837 laminate, the popular PolyBak PB 69 brown backer and a core of Roseburg AB Marine plywood.

The Graphite 837 face features Formica's Matte finish, which imparts a warm, pleasing effect that enhances the beauty of color and produces a greater clarity and depth. The vertical standard grade HPL is 0.027 in thick.

The Brown Polybak PB69 backer is durable and flexible. At 0.020 inches thick, it offers just the right mix of performance and economy.

Roseburg's AB Marine plywood is a premium grade panel made of Douglas Fir Veneer. Its exposure durability rating is Exterior, and the glue used is a water-resistant structural adhesive.
