In addition to producing custom laminated panels with your choice of face, back and core, Amerhart offers a selection of stock high pressure laminate (HPL) lay-up panels in popular combinations. This panel features a Formica White Ash 8841 face, a PolyBak Ultra 0.035 brown backer and an Arauco UltraPB particleboard core.
The White Ash 8841 face has Formica's Woodbrush premium finish. This linear or rift cut grain with subtle ticking is a perfect compliment to modern straight grain woods. A high/low luster combination adds complexity and depth
PolyBak Ultra is a premium 0.035 inch thick brown backer. This strong balancing backer and quality moisture barrier is made in the USA and has no added Formaldehyde.
Manufactured predominantly with softwood, the Arauco Ultra PB particleboard core is a high performance panel with exceptional smoothness. Ultra panels are ECC™ certified for emissions and may contribute to LEED point eligibility.
